Description

Rojiroti UK is a UK-registered charity (no. 147083) which supports the work of an Indian NGO (the Centre for Promoting Sustainable Livelihood, based in Patna, Bihar) in developing and scaling an innovative model of microfinance which has been successful in meeting the needs of very poor and marginalised rural people. Most beneficiaries of its programme are members of scheduled or other backward castes (OBC) and since c.2010 all are women.

Since 2015 there has been no financial support from Rojiroti UK to our partner CPSL since the latter's programme is sustainable at its present level, using its corpus of loanable finance and generating income from loan interest.
