Implementation Schedule

Organisations / agencies covered

Atos is publishing data for all projects and programmes for which we are a direct contractor to DFID. The percentage of our total development flow attributable to DFID varies year by year, because what is missing is the value of work we do as a direct contractor to other donor agencies - for which we have worked for a large number over recent years.

Timeliness of Data

We will publish data during December 2015, and that initial publication will cover the full requirements.

Frequency of publication

Frequency of publication (extra comments)

Units of Aid

Activity will be defined and reported at the programme level, because our contracts issued to us are normally aligned to that level.

Segmentation of Published Data

By country - occasionally but rarely we have implemented a DFID funded contract involving work across several countries.

Data Definitions and References

Field Exclusions

We are publishing all data fields outlined in the 'Minimum Requirements' template that is dictate by DFID and IATI.

Record Exclusions

We will be presenting data at an appropriately aggregated level, and anticipate the full value of activities and transactions will be included in these aggregates. We will be excluding data for the following reasons: (i) Personal and Commercial Confidentiality of consortium partners, (ii) Alignment with the Freedom of Information Act, (iii) Security, especially as it relates to our operations in Fragile and Conflict Affected States (FCAS).
