Malaria Consortium Activity I1

The key expected outcome of this project is reduction in morbidity and mortality due to malaria and other common illnesses in 11 target districts in the north of Uganda. This will ultimately lead to achieving Malaria Free Districts with social and economic transformation of the population with improved and longer quality of life. The major interventions are iCCM; capacity building at private health facilities; surveillance; and health system strengthening.
